Aspen’s web-based TMS allows the offers various suggested routing solutions that optimizes the route costs for our customers. Our Transportation Specialists evaluate and select the best solution that services our customers with best mode, best cost and meets the delivery requirements by their customer. As this evaluation process is occurring the integration between our Warehouse systems and Transportation systems also allows the warehouse to prepare the order for picking and shipping.
Just as importantly, at Aspen we ensure the entire delivery process is measured. The administrative side of the TMS allows the traceability and invoicing aspects in addition to Service Alerts that occur due to possible delays throughout the transporting and delivery process. All delivery receipts are scanned and available to our customers with an easy online access to our systems through customer portals. GPS tracking ensures that our performance is measurable and notifies our Transportation Specialists of any delays that support our Service Alerts. Our monthly reports allow us to track KPI’s and our Customer scorecards for performance. That is shared through EDI and monthly reports to our customers.d Shipments |
